Talking Palette

Palette extender HELP PLEASE!?

About one week ago I got a range extender in my mouth to widen my upper jaw so my teeth, I move.Today space to talk and had the right of the button on around me teeth, I stick to tying it back into place, but it hurts to bite down on something or the extension up.I have to wait until Monday to do anything about it because the press office where I go, is closed on weekends. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to maybe get back instead? If not, what should I do? Is there a way I need to eat? HELP!

OUCH! That sounds painful and annoying! I had a palette expander, but I was never to fail on me … I If I were you, I would gently try to wiggle out of The Other Side as you can and let your orthodontist put it back when you can get in the office. If you cannot get it off … You may need to just liquid food for the rest of the weekend. Fortunately, theres only 1 day more till Monday so it wont be too bad, good luck!
