new to credit cards hmm?

i have citi identity monitor (trial) and the credit analyzer said an inquiry should have minimal affect and my credit will stay about the same so im not worried about the inquiry i just dont want to get declined
i want to get a new credit card…my report said my score is 695 but i only had my longest card for 8 months and my newest for 2 months. whats a card that someone likes that will get accepted for. im a student and i got denied for a student card (go figure). i have 2 store cards (low limits no balances) a cap1 card (1500 limit no balance) and a gas card citi exxon card ( 500 limit no balance) i do spend on the cap 1 and citi card regularly but i pay them off each month and keep under 30% utilization

Pentagon federal credit union penfed.org and Christian community credit union cccu.com will more than likely approve you with the scores you have.

Maybe the citi forward card, but since you were declined for a student card, they might decline you as well.
